Place frozen shrimp in a colander and run cold water over top until thawed. (about 5 minutes). Dry shrimp with paper towels or clean dish cloth. Mix onion powder through Hawaiian Salt spices together and sprinkle over dried shrimp. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until coated and warm. (Do not cook until they explode) Remove from pan.
Add another Tbsp of Ghee to pan. Increse heat to medium high. Sautee shrimp in two batches. Cook first batch about 1 minute and flip shrimp to other side and cook for another minute. Repeat with second batch.
When shrimp is done, top with tomato and onion mixture. Squeeze lime over top and serve warm.
