I found this recipe on the Nomnompaleo.com site. It is one of my favorite places to find yummy recipes that fit in my gluten free, mostly paleo diet. She is an excellent cook and I have never been disappointed in a recipe I’ve tried. Of course, I try things I think I would like anyway, but the recipes always go above and beyond and deliver on flavor. The problem I run into from time to time is that I don’t have some of the spices she uses. So I have adjusted this recipe with spices that most of us have on hand.
