**This is the way my “Tennessee Mama” used to make them except we also added a little squirt of mustard and some brown sugar. More like 1/4 cup dark brown sugar and a couple of tablespoon of molasses. Use Grandma’s Molasses. It is not as strong flavored as black strap molasses. This is comfort food and brings back good family memories.
